Our client is an investment firm with business in HK & China. They are now looking for potential incumbent with attractive package for the captioned opening.

  • Provide full support on all business related activities to the Chairman
  • Act on behalf of the Chairman to liaise with all department heads to monitor the assigned projects / tasks status as well as consolidate all documentations / presentation for the Chairman
  • Participate all meetings with the Chairman frequently and take necessary actions to support the meetings, including but not limited to taking meeting minutes, preparing agenda and materials, etc.
  • Provide general secretary support to the Chairman and alert for necessary actions and activities
    • Requirement: :
  • Tertiary education or above with overseas education experience would definitely be an advantage
