My client is one of the largest and fastest growing search firms in its space. They are a leadership advisory boutique who provide executive search and interim management/consulting services to the technology, professional services and digital consumer industries.

My client are what we call at Carlin Hall a ‘mezzanine firm’, a mid sized boutique: they have the ability to deliver a standard of service that competes with a tier one search firm at the pace and maneuverability of a boutique. They have offices in both Europe and North America and have ambitious expansion plans. They are on EMEA wide PSLs for a number of the big 4 at Partner and Director level.
