Job Description
Strategic
- To fully perform in the sales process facilitating the sale of new vehicles on behalf of the brand.
- Record and manage each enquiry in dealer management system, demonstrating proactive follow up.
- To ensure the customer transaction is seamless, meeting the customer expectations of experience within the timely manner.
- Understanding of key performance indicators, given from the line manager.
