Roots & Us is a dedicated counselling centre focused on Premarital and Marital Counselling. We are looking for a warm, professional, and organized individual to be the first point of contact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist clients visiting the centre Handle phone calls, Whats App enquiries, and emails Schedule and coordinate appointments Maintain client records and appointment calendars Follow up with prospective and existing clients Support the day-to-day administrative operations of the centre

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Good organizational and coordination abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications Prior experience in reception, front office, customer service, or client relations is preferred
