Job Description
Process Documentation Support: Assist in the creation and maintenance of detailed process documentation for shift management activities and operational management of time & attendance system. Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders. Responsible for operational management of time & attendance system. Assist in the design and implementation of centralized approval workflows for shift assignments and changes. Ensure that approval processes are followed correctly and efficiently. Provide support to managers and supervisors in navigating approval workflows. Participate in regular audits of shift management processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Assist in preparing audit reports and documenting findings.
