Position Objective
The Store Manager will lead the full operation of a Duty Free / Luxury Retail store, ensuring premium customer experience, strong commercial execution, operational control and effective leadership of a multicultural team.
Main mission: drive sales performance, conversion, average ticket, service excellence and operational discipline in a high-traffic travel retail environment aligned with international luxury brand standards.
