Job Description

Responsibilities

:
  • Own the MD’s calendar, inbox, and weekly rhythm to protect strategic time
  • Manage the leadership team action register and issue regular accountability reporting
  • Compile KPI packs, executive dashboards, and board preparation materials
  • Coordinate strategic projects, tracking workstreams, owners, and deadlines
  • Support the recruitment project pipeline from advertising through to onboarding
  • Convert rough MD input into polished communications, briefing notes, and agendas
  • Maintain the decision log and surface risks proactively


    • Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • 5+ years in a senior executive support, operations, or commercial coordination role
  • Background in an SME or high-growth business strongly preferred over large corporate
  • Proven ability to manage a senior executive’s time and operating system, not just logistics
