Job Description

Executive, Operations (Equities)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth transaction of daily operations matter

  • Handle queries and provide customer support to our Remisier/ Financial Advisory Representative/ Mobile Sales Force Team

  • Provide user requirement specifications and act as coordinator for system enhancement

  • Ensure compliance with rules and regulations

  • Provide administrative support for our backroom operations

    • Requirements:

  • A recognised degree in any field

  • Good team player

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Fluent in English

  • Willing to learn and pick up new skills

  • Candidates with experience in back office operations will be an advantage

  • Candidates without working experience are welcome to apply
