Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Daily processing and disbursement
- Account creation
- Loan facility implementation
- Month End Reporting
- Ensure timely disbursement, financing terms and conditions documentation complies with guidelines and highlight cases with deviations
- Provide high standard of customer service quality and fast turnaround to achieve customer satisfaction
- Pre‑drawn down checks and ensure documents submitted by applicants, dealers and distributors are in order
- Monitoring and follow‑up on outstanding documents; send out Hire Purchase legal documents to customers within the required timeframe
- Work closely with business units, dealers and distributors to develop SLAs for various products and services
- Ensure bank interest is lodged before disbursement and all legal documents are promptly safeguarded
- Maintain accuracy on disbursement and commission paid out
