Based in Singapore and reporting to the Assistant Manager, Learning Operations, you will manage day-to-day operations of our learning platforms, support dashboards and reporting, and drive practical automation initiatives. Within established system and policy frameworks, you will enhance Academy's learning ecosystem by improving workflows, supporting system governance, and adopting modern digital and AI-enabled tools that reduce manual effort and improve learner experience. The role also develops user guides, training materials, and knowledge resources to build digital confidence within Academy and the wider organisation.
