Role Overview

The Executive Manager will lead the full setup and operational launch of the company from facility establishment and team recruitment to technical operations and business development.

The role requires a strong technical background in LV switchgear design assembly and testing combined with proven leadership experience in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead company setup licensing and operational readiness.
• Oversee LV switchgear assembly operations QA/QC and compliance with IEC/DEWA/ADDC standards.
