What We Are Looking For

The Executive Manager: Business Development & Sales will be responsible to drive strategic growth and order intake through the full commercial cycle: from international market strategy, through complex negotiations, to signed contracts and long-term programs. The incumbent is responsible for the management of Business Development, sales, customer relationships and marketing initiatives to increase market and sales share and order intake for RDM.

• Participate and contribute towards the formulation of strategic business and sales objectives for RDM.
• Transpose overall RDM strategic business and sales objectives into functional objectives within allocated area of responsibility.
