The Executive Legal Collections & Recoveries will be responsible to design, formulate and implement the Legal Collections & Recoveries operational and strategic design to achieve the company’s overall strategy. Ensure business growth through the achievement of agreed performance targets.

• Executive oversight (operational fulfilment) over preferred legal entity service providers MBD Incorporated and MVR Incorporated (the Legal Collections & Recoveries teams). Stipulated financial targets for the Legal Collections & Recoveries business.
• An optimised legal process that delivers defined litigation milestones within an acceptable return (cost and time).
• Primary collection and recovery key performance metrics across a balanced scorecard encompassing people, process, financial and stakeholder metrics.
