Job Description
Responsibilities : Support daily sales operations for both internal and external needs. Strengthen customer relationships to help achieve company goals. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows. Respond to customer requests and complaints promptly and accurately. Assist in collecting market intelligence (e.g. market share, pricing, competitors). Review and verify customer orders before processing. Follow up on outstanding payments from customers. Review customer agreements before submission to the Legal Department. Guide and support junior sales staff in their roles. Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time. Requirements : Diploma or Degree in Business Administration. Strong communication and coordination skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented and proactive in handling tasks. Good in handling customers and resolving issues. Basic knowledge of sales process and documentation.
