Job Summary

Management, Services and Advocacy Unit (MSAU) to ensure all events, advocacy programmes, postal service matters, state office and resources administrations are well managed in compliance with all the SOP.

Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and execute effective scheduling of advocacy & corporate communication programmes & activities i.e Kempen Internet Selamat, NADI, etc.
2. Provide periodic reports, assessments of advocacy programmes organised.
3. Promote and organise awareness on consumer rights (cyber wellness, CFM, content and relevant contents.
4. Ensure the standards operating procedures (SOP) are well manage in compliance for performance tracking.
5. Coordinate centralised relevant tasks including but not limited to KPI management, annual budget development, and reports preparations (i.e. Annual Report).
