JOB SUMMARY



Responsible for managing the organization's IT infrastructure and full asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and secure disposal of IT equipment, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance and cost control.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



-Perform OS installation, software setup, and endpoint hardening following standardization of builds and configurations.

-Maintain asset inventory and tagging.

-Perform patching, upgrades, and backup management to ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards

-Track warranty, licensing, and support contracts.

-Ensure asset lifecycle aligns with security and audit requirements.

-Manage secure disposal of IT assets in line with company policy and regulatory requirements and proper data sanitization / destruction before disposal.
