Job Description
As an Executive Housekeeper, responsibilities include overall cleanliness of assigned rooms/suites and reporting maintenance deficiencies to maintain rooms/suites in compliance with standards. Performs cleaning duties and inspection of all guest areas and back of house. Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service. Responds timely to guestsβ special requests for miscellaneous items like cribs, cots, extra towels, etc. Follows departmental policies and procedures. Follows all safety and sanitation policies.
