About the Role

I am a senior corporate executive based in Gurgaon who travels extensively for work. I am looking for a highly organized, trustworthy and service-oriented professional to take complete ownership of managing my home and personal operations.

This is a long-term role for someone who enjoys creating order, anticipating needs and delivering exceptional service.

This is a coordination and management role—not a housekeeping role. Your responsibility is to oversee household operations, coordinate staff and vendors, and ensure everything runs smoothly. You will not be expected to perform household chores yourself.

The role is based in Gurgaon. You will typically spend 1–2 hours at my residence each day to oversee operations, with the remaining work managed remotely. You should be available by phone and WhatsApp during working hours to coordinate tasks as needed.
