Job Description
Player Development & Revenue Growth
- Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of high‑value domestic gaming players.
- Analyze guest gaming activity, theoretical performance, trip frequency, and worth to identify growth opportunities.
- Proactively solicit and book incremental trips to increase visitation and gaming revenue.
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and player development targets.
- Identify and re‑activate lapsed players through strategic outreach initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned players, ensuring seamless and highly personalized experiences.
