Reporting Line: Chief People & Brand Role Overview:
TheExecutive Head: People provides enterprise-wide leadership of the People function, driving strategy, governance, and workforce capability across the organisation. Reporting to the Chief People & Brand, the role leads six functional heads and works closely with EXCO and Board committees to shape workforce architecture, strengthen leadership capability, and support organisational performance at an enterprise level.
Minimum requirements: Postgraduate degree (NQF 8+) in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development, or a related field Master’s degree (NQF 9) preferred Professional registration with SABPP or equivalent advantageous 15+ years senior HR leadership experience Proven expertise in enterprise People strategy and organisational transformation Strong experience in reward governance and employee relations oversight Experience in complex or regulated environments advantageous Strong engagement ...
