As a key leader at Optima Living, the Head of Operations reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. This role oversees Independent Living, Supportive Living, Assisted Living, and Long-Term Care. You will ensure consistent operational performance and exceptional resident experiences while mentoring Senior Directors of Operations for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership across all operational models
• Drive alignment in performance and accountability standards
• Support organizational “Big Rocks” and strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with SLF for enterprise-wide decision-making
• Ensure compliance and enhance quality improvement initiatives
