Job Description
Servest Security has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Head: Business & Market Development to lead the Sales Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the national sales strategy across guarding, integrated security solutions, electronic security systems, CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring, remote surveillance, and technology-enabled security services.
The role is accountable for driving sustainable revenue growth, strategic client acquisition, retention of key accounts, and positioning the organisation as a market leader within the security industry.
The incumbent will oversee national business development initiatives, solution-based selling, tender management, commercial negotiations, and strategic partnerships with technology providers and security OEMs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
