Job Responsibilities

1. Contract management and resolution of legal matters related to all types of commercial contracts.
2. Need to constantly be abreast of the latest developments in laws, regulations, and case laws related to the business and operation of the Group.
3. Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating all types of commercial contracts.
4. Administer the internal legal contract database for Solarvest Group.
5. Maintain accurate records of legal and compliance matters, and advise on reporting obligations as required by regulatory bodies or stakeholders.
6. Take initiatives to improve the processes of the operation of the department to increase efficiency, accuracy, and productivity, such as regular preparation of template agreements for adoption by business units.
7. Support business units in the negotiation of agreements and legal matters with counterparties.
