Review and reconcile supplier statements with purchase ledger balances, addressing any discrepancies identified. Prepare and submit customer refund requests and retrieve payment advice. Conduct system currency revaluation during month-end closing activities. Develop bi-weekly payment forecasts for Treasury. Identify areas for process improvement and recommend suitable enhancements.
