The Donation Processing Executive is responsible for the engagement of social mission minded Catholics and non-Catholics to give their time and money in support of the causes that we champion to serve the most vulnerable in our society. Your key role and responsibilities: Donor Management & Engagement . Manage day-to-day fundraising processes: . Manage Caritas Singapore's online fundraising platforms e.g. giving.sg, website... etc. . Works closely with Finance team on donation process and related issues e.g. GIRO rejections, receipts request, invalid cheques, reconciliation... etc. . Issue e-receipts and mail out physical receipts to donors in a timely manner. . Manage and answer donors' queries. . Manage and maintain donor information, transactions in Donor Management System (DMS) in an accurate and timely manner for tracking and reporting. . Ensure positive experience for donors. .
