Overview of the position This is an exciting time to join Surrey Hospice Society as we focus on the expansion and delivery of current programs as well as the refinement of a strategic plan. Surrey Hospice is seeking an Executive Director (ED) who will provide direction for and coordinate work and strategies addressing hospice care and grief support. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the ED is responsible for the effective leadership, strategic oversight, partnership development and overall management of the organization; including financial sustainability and operational excellence. The ED implements the policies, programs and strategies adopted by the Board of Directors and leads staff in strengthening relationships between the community stakeholders, volunteers, and partners.
