+ Develop and execute comprehensive leasing strategies across assigned assets and development projects
+ Evaluate market conditions, competitive assets, and development pipelines to inform pricing, positioning, and deal structuring decisions
+ Identify and pursue high-value tenant opportunities aligned with portfolio objectives and targeted returns
+ Establish target tenant strategies for new development and redevelopment initiatives
+ Drive quarterly and annual leasing performance against established goals
