Summary The Executive Director, Human Capital Policy & Programs, Human Capital (HC), Transportation Security Administration (TSA) oversee and manages the day-to-day operations of two subordinate Divisions: HC Employee Readiness, and HC Policy & Career Programs which includes Policy & Compensation, Performance & Assessment, Chief Medical Officer, Professional Responsibility, Workforce Programs, Employee Relations. Responsibilities The Executive Director, Human Capital Policy & Programs, reports directly to the Assistant Administrator, Human Capital and ensures that sound human resources policies are established and employed throughout the Agency.
