Position Summary
The Executive Director, Faculty Affairs Administration is responsible for the development and administration of faculty policy, HR, governance, and compliance processes across the Tandon School of Engineering. Reporting to the Vice Dean of Faculty Affairs, this role serves as the senior administrative lead on academic personnel policy and faculty administrative systems, managing frameworks and processes that govern faculty employment and conduct across all faculty populations. The Executive Director works in the Office of the Vice Dean for Faculty Affairs in close coordination with central University offices and departmental leadership to ensure that faculty affairs functions are managed with integrity, consistency, and institutional sophistication.
