**EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, DEVELOPMENT**

**BOISE, IDAHO**

**SUMMARY:**

The Executive Director of Development provides executive leadership, oversight and direction to the development team. The incumbent provides vision and tactical leadership to the coordination and integration of the Development programs across Saint Alphonsus, including campaign planning activities, capital campaign development, annual, mid-level, corporate and planned giving. This position reports to the Chief Development Officer, is accountable and works closely with organizational leadership.

**REQUIREMENTS:**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Master's degree preferred.
+ Experience in health care is preferred, particularly in a large health system context.
