Under the direction of the Dean and the Associate Dean of Clinical Affairs, the Executive Director of Clinical Operations is responsible for the operational and financial management of The Eye Institute (TEI) and the clinical satellites of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry (PCO) at Drexel University. The role ensures efficient, compliant, and high‑quality clinical operations, with primary accountability for financial performance, revenue‑cycle integrity, and patient‑care delivery.
