Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning initiatives to support both organic growth and broader business development of CM&S, in alignment with global and regional growth strategies as well as asset and portfolio allocation policies.

  • Develop, refine, and implement CM&S business strategies in partnership with the group’s securities arm, ensuring consistent execution and alignment with overarching corporate objectives.

  • Support senior management in evaluating new business opportunities, market entry strategies, and expansion initiatives, including product development and client coverage strategies.

  • Act as a central coordination point to align regional initiatives, share best practices, and improve overall team effectiveness across jurisdictions.
