The Executive Director will lead asset management strategy across commercial, mixed-use, and infrastructure assets. This role will oversee asset performance, leasing strategy, lifecycle planning, and capex prioritisation. A key responsibility will be maximising asset value while ensuring operational sustainability. The Director will work closely with development, finance, and operations teams.
