Job Description
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Manage customer operations across the respective exchange area, ensuring timely provisioning of services for new FF and Copper customers within defined service KPIs, along with prompt rectification of FF/Copper customer faults. Oversee rehabilitation of FF/Copper networks to enhance customer experience, achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly FF migration targets, and prepare data for new FF network planning and deployment in service‑affecting areas. Handle PSTN, DSL, IPTV, FF, and GPON‑related issues, while monitoring and improving GPON CHI within the respective domain. Ensure timely mobilization of maintenance teams for fault rectification, conduct fault analysis to improve customer services and reduce recurring issues, and maintain HSE compliance during daily operations.
