What you will work on: β Manage and monitor overdue accounts for unsecured loans. β Conduct field visits for follow-ups and recovery from delinquent customers. β Engage with customers to negotiate and resolve repayment issues. β Maintain accurate records of all communications and collection efforts. β Coordinate with internal teams and legal departments when necessary. β Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies during recovery processes
Qualification and Experience: β Minimum 2 years of experience in unsecured collections (NBFC, Bank, or Fintech experience preferred). β Willingness and ability to travel extensively as per operational needs. β Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory. β Graduate (mandatory) in any discipline.
