• Oversee all culinary operations of the hotel kitchen.
• Lead the kitchen staff and create innovative menus that exceed guest expectations and align with current culinary trends.
• Manage budgets, order food supplies, and control costs.
• Train and develop staff; ensure high standards of food quality and service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across the kitchen.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
