Job Description
Role Overview
The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading the culinary strategy and execution across all lounge operations in Chile, ensuring consistency, quality, efficiency, and alignment with global standards while adapting to the local market. This role is critical in supporting both operational excellence and new lounge developments, including pre-opening phases, supplier validation, and production model design.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee all culinary operations across multiple lounges, including production, buffet, Grab & Go, and service points
- Define and implement culinary strategy, menus, and standardization aligned with brand positioning and local market dynamics
