Executive Chef – New York City

We are seeking an experienced, driven, and creative Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of a high-volume New York City restaurant.

This is an opportunity for a strong kitchen leader to take ownership of menu development, kitchen culture, food quality, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all back-of-house culinary operations
• Manage and mentor kitchen staff
• Oversee food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Control food and labor costs while maintaining high standards
• Create seasonal menus and specials
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and NYC health compliance
• Work closely with ownership and front-of-house management to drive profitability and guest satisfaction
