**Role Overview**

Sodexo is seeking an energetic **Executive Chef** to oversee the culinary operations at Millers Grant in **Ellicott City, Maryland.** Lutheran Village at Miller’s Grant, an upscale community in Howard County, opened in 2016 and is currently home to over 400 residents. The dining program features a farm-to-table restaurant, gastropub, pub, bistro and dining rooms dedicated to healthcare residents.

The Executive Chef will lead a culinary team of approximately 25 professionals, overseeing all aspects of food production, quality assurance, safety, and service across multiple dining venues. The ideal candidate is a culinary innovator and relationship builder—someone who thrives in a high-end environment, enjoys being in front of residents, and can balance operational excellence with personal engagement.Typical shift is 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, may vary with rotating weekend coverage.
