This role provides culinary leadership for high-volume K‑12 breakfast, lunch, catering, and summer feeding programs, with a strong focus on food quality, menu execution, and presentation. Middletown City Schools is a large, progressive district and proud CEP participant, serving free breakfast and lunch daily with high student participation.
