Job Description

Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of industrial gas.

Job Description:

  • Collecting, follow-up, uploading, and adjustment.
  • Performing AR vouchers for CHQ collection and fund transfer.
  • Verifying AR voucher based on AR voucher policy.
  • Matching the original withholding tax certificate with a report from Cash App for withholding tax clearing and filing for auditing. -Verify Withholding Tax voucher from CMO, create JV file and submit the request for clearing via Cash App.
  • Collecting adjustment due to incorrect booking of Bank GL, wrong Withholding Tax, Till Adjustment, Payment post false customer account, customer claim payment after payment written off.
  • Reconciliation and performing monthly reports of withholding tax.
  • Performing monthly JV files for unallocated cash booking.
  • Coordinating to close the monthly AR module within the schedule.
