Executive Assistant
Global Private Equity Firm – Valencia, Spain
We are building a business support team for our client in Valencia. This role is ideal for experienced executive assistants who can manage diaries, email, meetings, travel, and administrative tasks while supporting a growth‑oriented global company.
Responsibilities
- Diary and email management
- Managing calls, actioning them as appropriate
- Arranging internal and external meetings and welcoming guests
- Administrative support with the onboarding process and induction of new joiners
- Expense management and invoicing
- Organising complex international travel itineraries
- Covering EA absences during holidays
- All other ad‑hoc project and administrative tasks – e.g. post, printing, binding, and archiving as required
