What you’ll do.
As an Executive Assistant, you will:
- Efficiently manage complex and ever-changing calendars for senior members, ensuring optimal scheduling and coordination of appointments, meetings, and events.
- Travel coordination and logistics including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, transportation, and itinerary planning.
- Act as a primary point of contact between senior members and internal/external stakeholders, handling communication with professionalism, discretion, and ensuring timely responses.
- Help to prepare presentations, reports, and other documents, as well as attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items to ensure deadlines are met.
- Monitor, track, and manage expenses.
