Job Description
We are recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief Technology & Customer Services Officer. This is a fast-paced and visible role, requiring someone who is highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented to ensure the smooth running of the CTCSO function.
As part of the wider EA team supporting the Executive Committee (ExCo) at AJ Bell, you will play a key role in coordinating with senior stakeholders and teams across the business to help deliver strategic objectives.
The role suits someone who is proactive, comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, and able to think on their feet, with a creative approach to problem-solving. Strong communication skills are essential, alongside an enthusiastic and positive mindset, as you will be at the centre of a collaborative leadership environment.
