Job Description
Via Medica International Healthcare is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and executive support duties while serving as the primary point of contact between the executive leadership and internal stakeholders. This role provides highβlevel support to the executive team to ensure company goals and objectives are achieved and daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Location: Abu Dhabi
Duty Hours: 48 hours per week for 5 days
Essential Functions
- Manages professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics.
