Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership (Remote) for a confidential leading industrial manufacturing group. Fully remote, full-time role supporting three senior executives with a focus on productivity, global communication, and high-level executive support.

The Role

• Mastermind complex calendars and scheduling for 3 members of the Director team across multiple international time zones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, providing polished and timely responses to high-level clients, partners, and internal team members.
• Review and prioritize inbound communications, providing concise, executive-level summaries and action points.
• Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the leadership team.
• Accurately translate business documentation between English and Spanish.
• Proactively manage tasks and projects to ensure the executive team operates with maximum efficiency.
