Job Description
Position Summary
The Executive Assistant supports the General Manager by ensuring efficient organization of the GM’s office, effective coordination across departments, and disciplined follow-up of key actions. The role requires high professionalism, logical thinking, discretion, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the General Manager’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily priorities.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and official correspondence.
- Track action items from management meetings and ensure timely follow‑up with department heads.
- Coordinate communication between the GM and internal departments.
- Maintain organized records, documents, and confidential information related to executive decisions.
- Screen requests, calls, and emails directed to the GM and prioritize appropriately.
