About the Role

We are building a company and a brand. Huayra is a mission-driven services company helping organizations scale their impact. Ambition by Ana is a personal brand and global community at the intersection of entrepreneurship, investing, and impact.

This is not a typical assistant role. You will work directly alongside the founder, have access to high-stakes business development, and be expected to bring your own ideas and perspective. This is a springboard, not an order-taking position.

You will work closely with partners, contractors, and clients to keep everything moving. When the founder is in the Philippines, you report in person to BGC, Metro Manila. When she is abroad, you work fully remote. You must be available PST 4:00 AM to 7:00 PM for calls.
