Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
- In-depth understanding of the entire MS Office suite
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related fields
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives in a professional manner
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the leadership team
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Assist in communication and coordination with various departments and external stakeholders
- Support event planning and execution for company meetings and functions
