Job Description
Responsibilities Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Director. Manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and email correspondence. Handle flight, hotel, transport bookings, and expense claims. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on the Director's instructions and arrangements. Assist with personal matters,including property-related coordination and liaising with personal driver. Support the purchase of business or corporate gifts when required. Prepare and arrange meetings and appointments. Handle ad-hoc duties and administrative tasks as assigned. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or ExecutiveAssistant. Proactive, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills with a positive and professional attitude.
